This semi-detached cottage is located close to the hamlet of Arthog near to Fairbourne in the Snowdonia National Park and can sleep up to five people.
Gefnir Isaf Cottage is a semi-detached cottage adjoining the owner's 18th century house, one mile from the hamlet of Arthog in the foothills of the Cader Idris Mountain Range. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one single room which make it suitable for up to four adults and one child. The rest of the accommodation includes a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a multi fuel stove. Outside the cottage is a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as plenty of off road parking. Set up a half mile single track road and with all of the Snowdonia National Park to discover, Gefnir Isaf Cottage is a lovely cottage in a stunning location.
Accommodation
One ground floor radiator powered by owner's oil central heating with oil-filled electric radiators and multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky package, DVD, CD player. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent, additional fuel for multi-fuel stove available to purchase from owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage for 2 bikes. Front lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 4 miles. Beautiful Cregennan Lakes with trout and coarse fishing 10 mins walk. Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. Note: The property is reached via a 0.5 mile single track, tarmac hill with passing places. |
